Welcome to MARISKO, your movement studio for yoga and more. Located in Niederstetten near Wil, Canton St. Gallen, I offer yoga classes as well as training in TRX, Barre Workout, and Fusion HIIT. The Fusion Workout combines elements of Pilates, yoga, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), and dance. Each week, I provide various training sessions in a personal small group setting. Different ways to improve strength, endurance, flexibility, and posture.
