Recharge with new energy and strength in one of my yoga classes at Movin’ studio in Neuenkirch. You are warmly welcome, whether you have prior yoga experience or not. I teach mindful Hatha Yoga blended with elements from Vinyasa Yoga, Somatic Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, and Yin Yoga, incorporating soothing sounds into the sessions. I invite you to breathe consciously and move mindfully to fully connect with yourself. During the warmer seasons, the yoga classes are held outdoors.
