The philosophy and goal of my practice is to empower patients to take self-responsibility for their own health throughout the therapy process. It is essential to find and train the balance between active and passive therapy methods. Later, active therapy will take precedence, regardless of the type of injury. Our body needs daily activity to stay healthy or regain health.
